How do I get trained and onboarded?

After activating your 14-day trial, we'll have you booked a technical onboarding Zoom meeting with our team. This 1 hour meeting will help get all the back-end systems connected. Next, we'll schedule your team training to walk through each feature of the system and answer your questions.

Do you provide a done-for-you setup option?

Yes. For clients who want our team to help setup and manage your account on an ongoing basis, we have premium support plans available.

Are there any additional fees?

Yes, there can be. Depending on your usage, you need to expect to pay for phone number registration, SMS, email sending and phone line usage. Here is a detailed outline of some additional fees you may be charged.
